Mike Lee
Mike Lee is a consultant and Fractional Head of Operations and People with 24 years of experience in venture capital, early-stage startups, and scaling startups. He works with founders to build great businesses and great teams laser-focused on results. Mike is a 4x founder and has worked for industry leaders including Menlo Ventures and The Home Depot.
Mike is a certified Kolbe coach and Catipult AI coach who works with founders and teams to “get the right people in the right seats, focused on the right things.” He is an experienced speaker and trainer, speaking at industry-leading events including ERE and the Flywheel Investor Conference.
Mike is the co-founder of Peregrine Coaching & Talent and an investor with Enough Ventures. He has founded three talent practices and one international nonprofit. He was the founding Director of Talent for Menlo Ventures startup studio, Menlo Labs, and was previously Head of Startup Talent for The Home Depot. He built four North American technology startups that were acquired by the company.
