Mike Lee is a consultant and Fractional Head of Operations and People with 24 years of experience in venture capital and scaling startups. A 4x founder, Mike has worked with industry leaders like Menlo Ventures and The Home Depot. He is a certified Kolbe and Catapult AI coach, helping founders and teams optimize talent and focus on results. Mike is also the co-founder of Peregrine Coaching & Talent, an investor with Enough Ventures, and has founded three talent practices and one nonprofit. Previously, he was the founding Director of Talent at Menlo Labs and Head of Startup Talent at The Home Depot, where he helped build and scale four tech startups that were later acquired.
