Andy Sherman

Andy Sherman is the Founder and CEO of Apex Growth Advisors, a firm dedicated to helping companies achieve breakthrough growth and profitability. With over three decades of experience, Andy has worked with organizations of all sizes, from large corporations like IBM and Apple to startups and turnarounds. He has successfully led teams in roles such as CRO, COO, CMO, and CEO. Notably, he built a startup’s sales team from the ground up, growing it from $0 to $100 million and achieving an IPO within four years. He has also led three successful turnarounds, resulting in profitable exits. Andy uses the Catapult™ system to collaborate with businesses on go-to-market strategies and organizational growth. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and sailing, and serves as a founding board member supporting conservation and recreation efforts with the New England Mountain Bikers Association.
